Lavender Precinct were kind enough to share their submission to IPART regarding the proposed North Sydney Council 87% Rate Rise.
This is probably the most detailed submission we have seen. Lavender Precinct have given permission for anyone to use this in part or full.
If you are FOR the 87% NSC rate rise there probably isn’t very much in this submission which is helpful, if you are AGAINST there is a lot of interesting content.
